Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
For COD orders, please ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated failed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
