What is inside a Discovery Set?

Each box holds several loose leaf botanicals packed separately, so you can try them one at a time. The Wild Botanicals Box and the Colour Therapy Box each hold 90g in total across five pouches, four of 15g and one of 30g. The Women's Wellness Box holds three botanicals: chamomile, spearmint and nettle leaf.

Are the teas in the Discovery Sets caffeine free?

Yes, every botanical in every Discovery Set is caffeine free. They are pure flowers, leaves and herbs with no tea leaf blended in, so there is no caffeine in any of the boxes.

Can I mix and match the teas in a set?

Yes, and the pouches are kept separate for exactly that reason. Brew each one on its own to find out what it tastes like, then start combining. Equal parts is the easiest place to start before you adjust.

Can I drink these if I am pregnant or on medication?
