Are your crafted blends caffeine free?

Most of them are, but not all, so here is exactly which is which. Stress Buster, Daily Digest and Skin Glow Dust are pure herbal blends with no caffeine. Apple Cinnamon Tea and Weight Watcher both contain green tea, so they do carry caffeine. Every product page says which it is.

What makes a crafted blend different from a single brew?

A single brew is one botanical on its own. A crafted blend puts several together for a particular cup: Daily Digest brings nine kitchen herbs and spices into one infusion, Stress Buster combines lavender, chamomile and sage. The full ingredient list is on every blend.

Are your blends dairy free?

Yes, every blend we make is dairy free, and none of them contain artificial flavouring or fillers. The complete ingredient list is printed on each pack and shown on its product page.
