Are the teas in the Women's Wellness Box caffeine free? Yes, all three. The box holds chamomile, spearmint and nettle leaf, every one a pure botanical with no tea leaf blended in, so there is no caffeine. They are also dairy free and free from artificial flavouring.
What is in the box and what is each one like? Three loose leaf botanicals. Chamomile is soft and honeyed, the classic evening cup. Spearmint is sweet and cooling, gentler than peppermint. Nettle leaf is earthy and mineral-rich, closer to a green broth than a floral tea. They are packed separately so you can take them at different points in the day.
Can I mix these three together? Yes. They are in separate pouches precisely so you can brew them on their own or combine them. Chamomile with spearmint makes an easy evening cup. Start with equal parts and adjust from there.
